Kim Hartman

Kim is a founder of KH Designs, an interior design firm in New York City. Prior to design, she held numerous corporate jobs with companies including Macy's and Trust Company of the West, She also founded a start-up that designed and manufactured carriers for EpiPens.  

 

Kim graduated from Tufts University where she has served on the board of the Tufts Entrepreneur Center for the last decade.  She holds an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

 

Kim is actively involved in several educational non-profits.  She is on the board of Excellence Community Schools, a Charter Management Organization with a network of schools in the Bronx and Stamford, Ct. She is also on the board of Writopia Labs, a national writing program that provides workshops for young children and teens. In addition to her work with educational non-profits, she is also on the board of The UJA Federation New York, Temple Emanu-El, and Manhattan Women’s Committee for AIPAC. Since her son was diagnosed with food allergies, Kim has been involved as a food allergy advocate with FARE. She is currently a Co-Chair on the FARE Board of Governors along with her husband Alan.

Daniel Reich

After graduating from Yeshiva University, Daniel Reich worked as a Senior hedge fund account at ING. He then became a partner and the COO of JANA Partners, a large NY based hedge fund. He then left to move his family to Israel and is the COO of HGI Capital Management. Daniel is also very involved and is on the board of various non-profits.

Lance L. Hirt

Mr. Hirt is a partner at Lindsay Goldberg, a private equity firm focused on leveraged buyout and growth capital investments.

Previously, Mr. Hirt was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he spent nine years in the mergers and acquisitions department advising a broad range of general industrial clients. Mr. Hirt began his career as a management consultant at Touche Ross & Co. and subsequently practiced Law at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York.

Mr. Hirt received his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Harvard University and graduated from Yeshiva College with a B.A. in Economics.

He currently serves as the Director of The Brock Group, Inc., Brightstar Corp., PetroLogistics LP, Scandza AS, PSC, LLC, Pandero Aggregates Holdings, LLC, Trygg Pharma Holding AS, Odfjell Terminals, Intermodal Holdings LP, Vitruvian LLC, and Formation Energy LP. He also serves as the President of HALB, and a Chairman of the RIETS board.

Hillel Davis

Hillel spent almost 25 years working in senior human resources positions at Citibank, Republic National Bank of New York and IDT.

He then spent eight years as the Vice President for University Life at Yeshiva University where he oversaw the non-academic portion of the student experience for undergraduates and graduate students.

Hillel moved to Israel in 2010 and is currently the COO of Fiveblocks, a technology and digital consulting company focused on Online Reputation Management. After receiving his BA in Math from Yeshiva College, he received both his MA and PhD in Organizational Psychology from NYU.

Andrew Neff

Andrew Neff is a director of the Israel Finance Institute, a graduate school information to develop financial professionals for Israel and the rest of the world. Previously, he led the team that created the M.B.A. program at the Jerusalem College of Technology. In addition, Neff is a research vice president and invest analyst at Gartner Inc. in the technology and service provider group. He covers the IT hardware sector for Gartner, which includes PCs, media tablets, servers,storage (including hard disk drives) and printers. Prior to joining Gartner, Neff was a technology research analyst at Bear Stearns for 20 years covering primary IT hardware (PCs, servers, storage, iAppliances) and leader of the technology research team. He was selected as an Institutional Investor All-Star for 16 years and as a Wall Street Journal All-Star for nine years.
